Awesome company. Called on Friday late morning and was hoping to get tech out in a week or 2. Instead they had a tech out to me within 30 min and diagnosed issue and we set up appointment for the 3 days later to have a new opener installed along with new garage door wheels. They don’t try and up sell you and give you options and price points. Installers were great and very professional. New unit is so quiet and great. Can’t believe the different. I am so glad I found Tip Top Garage Door Company and will recommend them anyone needing just service or new unit. Nice to see there are still honest businesses that you can trust and deliver on what they say. Thank you again.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with my overall execution of the garage system. The team installed all new springs, drums, high lift conversion kit and Liftmaster system. Their work makes my garage feel like a showroom with the high lift kit—utilizing the high ceilings. On top of all that, they were generous enough to hand-deliver a part I had originally declined until I realized I needed it, a day later, for the Liftmaster’s remote opener. When my old wooden garage door began to shudder and jam, I called Tip Top. They had performed well for me on a previous service call, but this time they really excelled. Robert worked hard to balance and align the door and had things working fine when he left. A few days later, though, and the problem returned. A second technician came out, worked hard, and got the thing working right. But again, a recurrence of the problem. On the third visit, Robert came again. He was determined and tinkered and adjusted until the door was moving smoothly again. This time, it held. The door has operated fine over time, and I could not be more pleased. All my interactions with Tip Top workers were pleasant, even with the extra trouble of repeat visits. They never complained or gave the impression I was asking too much. Always polite and courteous. And best of all, they stood behind their work. No extra charges for the return visits. They are my go-to guys for garage doors.
